There are many routes one can take from Australia to the U.K. Everyone has their own aims, timescales and tolerance of risk. Given all of these, the rough route plan is sort of like this:
China – Mongolia – Russia – Kazakhstan – Kyrgyzstan – Uzbekistan – Kazakhstan – Russia – Georgia – Turkey – Europe.
